In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

* Without any deduction for only once, all jewellery can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase from American Diamond.
* * Services like color, polishing, repairing and rhodium are free for a lifetime for the jewellery that is purchased from American Diamond.
* Due to polishing, resizing and repairing around 15% to 25% polish loss can take place in the case of gold and American Diamond jewellery.
* In case of American Diamond, if the product is damaged due to regular use, it will be considered as old jewellery.
* With this cash memo customers can avail Exchange Warranty.
* We only provide online product sales and after-sales services.
Home delivery is provided through delivery agents.
